I love this ring! I own it in multiple sizes now and match with my best friend. It is the perfect ring on its own and stacks beautifully with thin bands.

I have been emailing since last week in regards to a return. My first email was sent on the 25/06 highlighting the second return. No reply. My first return was processed instantly. My second return I am still waiting. I sent another email this week as I could see they received my items back at the start of the week. I still haven’t had a reply. Emailed again today, no reply. This company owes me money. It’s sad as I am a return customer, I liked Ali hence why I purchased from her company. I will not be purchasing from this company again after this experience as this has been such a headache. Unfortunately I will have to take it further so I can receive a refund.
